Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all orders. Request a refund at https://paddle.net or contact us at ridewithtomch@gmail.com and we will help.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within a few business days of approval.

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. No further charges are made and access remains active until the end of the paid period.

A booked coaching session can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the session.
